It also efficiently integrates all stakeholders, such as managerial and HR staff, into the process and everyone works together within a single system. This means it's no longer necessary for applications to be sent by email, as the forms and documents are all stored in one system and can be processed directly by all stakeholders. It also allows custom dashboards to be created that provide a quick overview of the recruiting processes and key indicators.
The system landscape of the new applicant management system has been tailored to meet the requirements of the globally active group of companies. In future, the manager/division will use the new system to register a staff requirement. After being reviewed by an internal recruiter, a job posting will be automatically generated and uploaded to Steulers careers portal. In some cases, automated correspondence will be entered into with an applicant who applies for an advertised position or submits a speculative application.
The system also allows Steuler to gradually build up a talent pool of applicants (assuming the appropriate consent required under data privacy laws has been given). The recruiter can then reconsider these applicants at a later date should the need arise.
