After 35 years in service, the old bathhouse was getting on in years, and the initial reconstruction measures undertaken in 2006 were a step in the direction of complete refurbishment. The pools in the indoor area were modernized and water features added. In addition, a lighting concept was developed, and the outdoor pool renovated.
