We welcomed one of these trainees to our company on Tuesday. The young man completed his practical course in mould making at our metalworking shop in Höhr-Grenzhausen. During this time, he stayed for 2 weeks with the family of one of our colleagues from STEULER-KCH GmbH's OSS Sales Department. We would like to thank all those involved for their commitment and in making the trainee feel so welcome.
The industrial placement is not only an exciting time full of many new impressions for the young people – it is the only phase at the end of their formal vocational training in Spain that they spend at industrial companies where they can acquire practical experience. The project also represents a great opportunity for us as a company to gain experience in working with and integrating foreign employees.
